SnowShape Fitness Series Returns to Red Rocks, Bringing Free Lift Tickets and Early Bird Savings

 

DENVER – Get in shape before the snow flies; SnowShape Fitness Series, presented by Toyota, returns to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for an eighth season beginning Sept. 19. The preseason, four-week training series is designed to build strength, stamina and confidence for the colder months ahead while utilizing the natural geography of the venue.

 

SnowShape takes place over four consecutive Saturday mornings led in partnership with the fitness team at Denver Parks & Recreation. Every session is designed as a complete, standalone workout that blends strength, endurance and stability, allowing you to jump in at any point in the series. While each week highlights a distinct theme to give you a comprehensive training experience, instructors will demonstrate three intensity levels on stage for every single exercise, letting you choose the right options for your body on any given day.

 

"You haven't done a workout until you've done it on the Red Rocks stairs," said Red Rocks spokesman Brian Kitts. “SnowShape is a fun, challenging way for people of all fitness levels to send off summer and step into winter.”

  

Individual sessions start at $11.50 and four-week packages are $44.50. Packages include a single day lift ticket to Loveland Ski Area (some restrictions apply).  Individual sessions will feature additional in-venue giveaways including season passes courtesy of Winter Park Resort, products courtesy of Smartwool and more. Tickets are on sale Monday, Aug. 10 at 10 a.m. MT.
