The Big Eat

THIS IS A 21+ EVENT - LOCATED AT THE DENVER PERFORMING ARTS COMPLEX

The Big Eat, presented by and benefiting EatDenver, is an annual party celebrating the Denver area’s vibrant and dynamic independent restaurant scene. This signature summertime event features bites and sips from ~60 locally-owned restaurants and local beverage producers—all included in one ticket price. Attendees experience the best of Denver's food and beverage in one place, all while supporting the local restaurant community.

1. Refund Policy

The Big Eat 2023 is a rain-or-shine event. All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event. 

2. Allergen accommodation

The Big Eat 2023 can not guarantee accommodation for all allergies, food preferences, and dietary restrictions. Where applicable, vendors will have gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian designation on physical event maps.

3. COVID Policy

The Big Eat 2023 will not require proof of vaccination or a negative test for entry. This is subject to change at any time, pending local, state, and federal guidelines and we are monitoring local, state, and federal guidelines and will adhere to those guidelines in force at the time of the event. Masks are always welcome.

4. Photography/Film Agreement 

By attending The Big Eat 2023, you consent to being filmed and or photographed, whereas your image, voice, and likeness may be used by the Festival producers for promotional purposes. Any photography taken at the Festival, whether in digital or analog format, is subject to mandatory, non-exclusive license to the Festival producers for use in Festival promotional purposes. Any artwork or performances sponsored by the Festival or taking place on Festival grounds is also subject to a mandatory, non-exclusive license to Festival producers for use in Festival promotional purposes.
 
5. Liability Agreement

There are risks involved in any Event. By going to The Big Eat 2023, you assume all risks incidental to the Event and release Event Management and their respective affiliates from all claims related to or arising out of the Event or your presence at the Event.
