May 25, 28, June 8, 25, July 6, 23 and Aug. 20 tours will be led by Public Art Maintenance and Conservation Coordinator, Erica Garcia, and June 18, July 16 and Aug. 6 tours will be led by Kyle Hedden. This tour’s highlights include artwork at Denver Skate Park, Commons Park, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Colorado Convention Center, plus some additional unique artworks, not known to the general public. The tour meets at City of Cuernavaca Park, located north of 20th Street along Rockmount Drive, at the semi-circular pavilion just south of the roundabout with the bicycle sculpture.
Tours leave 15 minutes after meet time (on the hour), and the tour guide cannot wait for latecomers, so please be sure to arrive early!
The tour will last approximately 2.5 hours, with a distance of almost three miles, making use of available bike routes and paths.
*All participants are required to wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet. All participants must agree to a release and waiver of liability, adhere to safety and health guidelines, and will need to provide their own bike, helmet, water, food and repair kits.
