Congress Park Pool Opening Celebration

Celebrate the new Congress Park Outdoor Pool with a day of free pool access, popsicles and giveaways! Help Denver Parks & Recreation, Mayor Michael B. Hancock and Councilman Chris Hinds celebrate the exciting new addition. 

At 11 a.m. we will be thanking those involved in making this happen and celebrate as we reveal the new Denver Public Art mural created by artist Ratha Sok. This new mural, "Take a Chance," speaks to the community, history and people of the Congress Park Neighborhood. Ratha also involved students from East High School in painting the mural. 

Pool access will be free for ALL ages on Aug. 2 from noon-7 p.m.
