Chainsaw Mama Carving Cottonwood Stump in Bible Park

At the south bridge (off Cornell Avenue) in James A. Bible Park (6802 E. Yale Avenue)
Master carver, Faye Braaten, known as Chainsaw Mama, will be carving a beautiful old Cottonwood stump at the south bridge in James A. Bible Park into a whimsical woodland scene. This event is open to the public. Councilwoman Black and City Council District 4 encourages residents and visitors to come experience the live art creation. There will be a community celebration on Friday, November 1, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. with refreshments.
